Our accommodations Cancun Beach & Sunrise are ideal for the family or for a romantic getaway surrounded by the peacefulness of the ocean and the sunsets.

We are located at the Condominium Cancun Plaza which is at the Hotel Zone at just 15 minutes from the airport and where the Cancún beaches and best restaurants are located, inside the condominium we have access to the pool, surveillance and parking the 24 hours, restaurant a la carte, a convenience store and a tour office.
A comfort stay with view and access to the sea. It is mainly because of the beach and because of the closeness to the airport that our guests look to stay with us, there is the beach and a privilege view to it.

Our studios are private, they are not shared with other guests and have 2 double beds, air conditioning, fiber optics internet, its own kitchenette with all the necessary included for cooking, fridge, full bathroom, Smart Television and a table to have dinner.

Property and Cancelation Policies:

In the event that you cancel with 7 days notice, you will be refunded 100% of the total reservation. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you will be reimbursed 50% of the total cost of your stay.
